A total of ten unemployed young people, aged between 18 and 30, will be able to obtain a Professional Certificate in cleaning, following ten months of employment and training at the Guadarrama City Council.

This training initiative is part of the Youth Employment Promotion Program with Local Corporations, funded by the FSE+ 2021/2027 Program. The hiring of these young people will be carried out thanks to a subsidy aimed at financing the employment of job seekers who are currently unemployed.
The requirements for participation include being unemployed and registered as a job seeker with the Public Employment Services of the Community of Madrid, not being enrolled in formal studies, not possessing the SEAG0209 professional certificate, and not having higher education than baccalaureate that is unrelated to the occupation. Additionally, applicants must be registered with the National Youth Guarantee System and be under 30 years of age at the time of hiring.
Those who meet the conditions but are not yet registered as job seekers can request an appointment through the link provided by the Community of Madrid.
Throughout the program, the young participants will be supported by a learning tutor and, during the final six months, by a labor counselor to assist with their future employment integration.
The training will consist of 490 hours for the Professional Certificate SEAG0209 – Cleaning in open spaces and industrial facilities, as well as complementary training in personal and social employment skills, environmental awareness, basic digital competencies, and occupational risk prevention.
