The Majadahonda City Council will hold the draw for 180 public housing units near the Puerta de Hierro Hospital on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, with 1,361 applicants participating.

The event will be held at 11:00 AM at the Carmen Conde House of Culture. Due to capacity limits, the local government has implemented a ticket collection system for admitted applicants, available on May 22 and 25 at PAMMASA offices on a first-come, first-served basis.
The allocation process will be conducted before a notary and divided into three separate drums based on established quotas: those under 40, the general quota, and people with reduced mobility. The Community of Madrid, owner of the properties through the Social Housing Agency, has confirmed that the draw will follow the regulations published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
Attendance is not mandatory for applicants, as the final results will be published on the official channels of the Majadahonda City Council, the Community of Madrid, and PAMMASA. The draw will determine the mathematical starting point for assigning the units, which include two bedrooms, storage rooms, and parking spaces.
