The La Granadilla Sports Center in Majadahonda will host a prominent event in Madrid fencing starting at 9:30 AM. The Absolute Foil Championships, for both men and women in individual and team categories, will take place. Concurrently, the Veterans Championships across all three weapons will be held.
The competition, organized by the Madrid Fencing Federation with support from the Majadahonda City Council and the Majadahonda Fencing Club, will attract top national-level fencers. They will compete for the regional titles throughout a full day.
As a new feature, the event will offer a free activity from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, aimed at children. Using adapted equipment, the initiative seeks to introduce this Olympic sport in a fun way to youngsters, allowing them to discover its basic fundamentals.
