This advanced digital platform is designed to transform internal operations and optimize the management of files. It includes intelligent assistance for the automated preparation of tender documents, synchronizing information to minimize manual errors. It also facilitates contract supervision, alerting about expirations or extensions, and offers a browser to consult tenders and market prices at a national level.
The council has emphasized that this AI is an assistance tool and does not replace the technical, legal, or administrative functions of municipal staff. All documents and procedures will remain under human supervision, validation, and control by those responsible.
