The city will have the participation of seven supermarkets during the campaign days. The initiative, considered one of the most important solidarity events of the year, aims to gather thousands of volunteers to assist the most vulnerable groups in the Community of Madrid.
To date, over 3,000 volunteers have already joined the cause. In the municipality of San Sebastián de los Reyes, the Great Collection will be present in seven supermarket establishments.
To participate as a volunteer, it is sufficient to dedicate four hours on any of the three campaign days. No prior experience is required, and collaboration can be individual or in groups with friends, colleagues, or family.
The Madrid Food Bank encourages citizens to register through its website and to spread the campaign within their circles, emphasizing that every volunteer is crucial to achieving the goal of helping thousands of people in need.
