The Tres Cantos City Council has unveiled its sports program for the 2026/2027 season, featuring new disciplines, outdoor spaces, and a 21 million euro infrastructure investment plan.

The municipal offer for the upcoming year covers a wide variety of disciplines, ranging from team sports like soccer, basketball, or rugby, to individual activities such as swimming, tennis, or karate. The program is designed to cater to all life stages, including activities for babies as young as six months old up to senior citizens.
Among the most notable additions are matron-swimming, aimed at strengthening the bond between parents and infants, and yoga and hypopressive classes for children. Furthermore, the Polideportivo de La Luz is launching an outdoor gym for public use, reinforcing the Punto Activo initiative that promotes sports in open spaces.

"The offer includes proposals adapted to different rhythms and needs, consolidating the municipality as a major sports reference at a national level."

This sports boost is supported by a 21 million euro investment aimed at improving infrastructure between 2026 and 2027. Key projects include the Centro Deportivo Paraninfo, the upcoming Complejo Deportivo Parque Norte, and new facilities at Metropolitan Park.
