Tres Cantos will host the second edition of the AI Applied Administration School from September 21 to 29, a 28-hour in-person course designed for the unemployed.

The initiative, aimed at enhancing professional skills and facilitating job placement, will consist of seven four-hour sessions. The first edition, held from April 14 to 22, saw high demand, resulting in 10 participants finding employment, with another seven in selection processes as of June.
The training program will integrate learning of office automation tools and business management systems with the use of Artificial Intelligence. Emphasis will be placed on the responsible and secure application of these technologies to support administrative tasks such as summarizing emails, drafting documents, and conducting efficient searches.
Content will also cover basic knowledge of AI agents, specific applications, communication and customer service, as well as the functioning of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Key competencies such as oral and written communication, time management, teamwork, and confidentiality will also be addressed.
