The initiative's goal is to improve participants' access to the job market by combining practical experience with specific training. The Council has received a subsidy of 101,133.36 euros to cover part of the salary costs, Social Security contributions, and training activities.
The five selected individuals will work for eight months in various municipal departments, performing duties aligned with their training and experience. This period will allow them to acquire and update professional skills in a real work environment, strengthening work habits.
“"The program offers an opportunity for participants to expand their professional capabilities while contributing to the operation of municipal services."
Candidate selection was conducted in collaboration with the Employment Office of the Community of Madrid, adhering to current regulations. This action is part of the active employment policies promoted by the Community of Madrid to facilitate the reintegration of unemployed individuals into the labor market.
