The public concession allows a professional to operate these facilities for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extending the contract for an additional year.

The established economic conditions set a minimum annual fee of 1,082.55 euros, plus the corresponding VAT. To participate in the process, interested parties must provide a provisional guarantee of 433.02 euros, while the final deposit for the successful bidder is set at 1,082.55 euros.

The deadline for submitting proposals is thirty business days, starting from the day after the official publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Expenses related to the advertising of the official notice will be borne by the concession winner.
