Furthermore, attendees were urged to report any conduct that could constitute a hate crime, given the recent increase in such incidents. The event's organizing entities expressed their gratitude to the Government Delegation, the Security Forces, and emergency services for their work in ensuring a safe demonstration.
Representatives from organizing associations such as COGAM and FELGTBI+ attended the coordination meeting, along with various public and transport entities: National Police, Municipal Police, Renfe, SAMUR, Mobility Agents, Firefighters, Regional Transport Consortium, Municipal Transport Company, and Madrid Metro. Representing the Government Delegation was also the head of the Citizen Security Unit, Javier Robles.
The demonstration, which will proceed from the Glorieta de Atocha to Plaza de Colón starting at 7:00 PM, will feature between 47 and 52 floats, with an estimated attendance of around one million people.
