Motorcyclist seriously injured after falling on Paseo de la Castellana

A 45-year-old motorcyclist sustained serious injuries after falling off his bike on Madrid's Paseo de la Castellana early Thursday, and was transported to Hospital Clínico San Carlos.

A 45-year-old motorcycle rider has been seriously injured after a fall while traveling on the Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, in the early hours of Thursday. The victim was evacuated to the Hospital Clínico San Carlos.
The incident occurred around 5:10 AM, near number 48 of the aforementioned avenue, when the rider lost control of his vehicle and fell onto the road. According to initial information provided by Emergencias Madrid, no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
Samur-Protección Civil paramedics, upon arriving at the scene, found the man unconscious and suffering from severe head trauma. After being stabilized and intubated at the site, he was transported to the hospital with a serious prognosis.
The Policía Municipal (Municipal Police) has launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the accident. Guardia Civil (Civil Guard) officers also participated in the intervention.
