The initiative 'Lope a la fresca' is presented as a space for reflection on the past and present, using literature as a common thread. This tradition, which has even been proposed as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, takes place in the form of a talk.
The activity focuses on an encounter between two women, Isabel and Marcela, who meet at the Convento de las Trinitarias in Madrid. Both, daughters of literary greats, seek the recognition they deserve and find a way for their voices to be heard both inside and outside the convent.
To ensure participation for all interested individuals, 10% of tickets are reserved for people with disabilities, who may attend with a companion. These tickets can be requested starting one week before the event.
Requests can be made via email at [casamuseolopedevega@madrid.org](mailto:casamuseolopedevega@madrid.org) or by calling 91 429 92 16, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday.
The activity is intended for an audience over 14 years of age. Entry is free, with limited access until full capacity is reached.
