The initiative, part of the European Researchers' Night, aims to bring scientific work closer to society through free activities. In this edition, four groups from i+12 will present interactive proposals for all ages in the Sala de Columnas, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
The Care Research Group (InveCuid) will allow attendees to assess their muscle strength and functional capacity through dynamometry and balance tests. Meanwhile, the Neurovascular Research Group will focus on stroke prevention, explaining the FAST method and demonstrating brain anatomy techniques.
Additionally, the Translational Research Group in Hypertension and Cardiorenal Disease will address the relationship between the kidney and the heart through flow cytometry demonstrations. Finally, the Regenerative Medicine Research Group will explain the development of cell therapies and the role of stem cells in tissue repair.
