Alcorcon is preparing for a weekend full of activities for all ages, with highlights such as the 3rd Sticker Swap Meet, a gymkhana inspired by the Grand Prix, and the return of free Summer Cinema.

Sticker collectors have an appointment this Saturday, July 11th, for the 3rd Sticker Swap Meet. The event, organized by the group Alcorcromo, will take place at 12:00 PM in the central indoor plaza of X-Madrid. Tables and benches will be provided to facilitate sticker exchanges, with a focus on the World Cup collection, though other collections are also welcome.
Additionally, throughout July, X-Madrid is hosting an inflatable gymkhana inspired by the television show Grand Prix. This family-friendly activity is available in the covered outdoor plaza of the commercial and leisure space, aimed at participants aged 4 and up. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Tickets, with reduced prices for advance purchases, cost 14 euros for one hour and 20 euros for two hours at the box office, compared to 10 and 15 euros online, respectively.
The Alcorcon City Council has also launched a new edition of its Summer Cinema, offering free open-air screenings until August 7th. Following the opening session, this Friday, July 10th, the film “How to Train Your Dragon” will be shown at 10:30 PM on Calle Picasso corner of Calle Mestizaje. Admission is free until full capacity is reached.
