Paracuellos de Jarama has prepared a security, urban maintenance, and social assistance deployment to ensure coordinated, clean, and civic festivities, prioritizing residents' tranquility.

The Community of Madrid has designed a comprehensive security, urban maintenance, and social assistance deployment to ensure the festivities are coordinated, clean, and civic. Mandatory emergency phone numbers, access rules for leisure venues, and citizen attention tents will form an essential infrastructure aimed at the tranquility and well-being of residents during the main days.
Coordination among the different security forces in Paracuellos de Jarama will be key to responding immediately to any incident or public order disturbance. Local services recommend that the population memorize or save direct assistance lines on their mobile phones to expedite communication in case of need.
For any anomalous situation, such as incipient fires, thefts, or altercations, citizens should contact the Local Police at 609 100 092, Civil Protection at 650 451 538, or the Civil Guard via the emergency number 062. Additionally, the main Civil Protection first aid point will be operational at the intersection of Paseo de las Camelias and Avenida Consistorial to offer immediate medical assistance.
Preventing risky driving behavior and maintaining security in large concert venues will be two of the authorities' priorities. Specific surveillance devices will be established at the entrances and main roads of the town. Random alcohol and illegal substance detection checks will be conducted on municipal roads, supported by the Local Police K-9 Unit. Furthermore, citizen security regulations prohibit bringing glass bottles, glasses, or other glass containers into the concert area on Paseo de las Camelias to prevent injuries and mass accidents.
This year's celebrations will again feature a reference area dedicated to promoting equality, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence among all attendees. The Violet Point will be located in Tent 1 on Paseo de las Camelias, the hub of the municipality's nightlife. Anyone feeling uncomfortable, experiencing harassment, or witnessing gender-based violence can approach this safe space for immediate support and professional guidance. The general emergency numbers, such as 112 for Emergencies of the Community of Madrid or 091 for the National Police, remain fully available for serious incidents.
To ensure streets return to normal quickly and are in optimal condition each morning, the council will deploy a reinforced human and technical team to act intensively in high-traffic areas. Tasks will be structured in shifts to cover cleaning before, during, and after scheduled events. Approximately 30 operators will handle the extraordinary cleaning, focusing on Paseo de las Camelias and Plaza de la Constitución. Sweeping, washing, and bin emptying will be supported by sweepers, a washing truck, and auxiliary vehicles. The City Council requests active collaboration from groups, fair organizers, and residents to correctly use the reinforced glass and packaging recycling bins.
