Under the slogan "Associations are the Heart of Coslada", the fair aims to highlight the fundamental role of social, cultural, sports, health, elderly, solidarity, and inclusion entities in the city's daily life. The event will take place in the square and along the Paseo de la Rambla, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The Councilor for Citizen Participation, Elena Lebrato, emphasized the importance of this meeting, which has become an "essential event for the municipality of Coslada." Lebrato highlighted the "enormous richness and diversity" of the local associative fabric and the organizational effort to ensure "everything goes perfectly," inviting families, young people, and all residents to enjoy a full day of activities and participation.
In addition to the participating entities' stands, the Fair will offer an extensive program of activities, including concerts of various genres (rociero, folk, Big Band), astronomical observation, children's theater, dramatized readings, tai chi, traditional Romanian folklore, ballroom dancing, musical theater, and storytelling.
Two music-free time slots have been established (from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM and from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM) to facilitate participation for individuals particularly sensitive to loud sounds. Earplugs will be available at the Citizen Participation stand.
At 12:50 PM, the Associations' Manifesto will be read, outlining the entities' requests and concerns. Parts of the manifesto will be presented in Braille, easy-to-read format, and sign language, thanks to the collaboration of Coslada Accesible, ASPIMIP, and the Association of Deaf People of Coslada.
Children can collect a "children's passport" at the Citizen Participation stand. By collecting stamps from 16 entities, they can exchange it for a backpack with gifts at the Youth Office. Additionally, a physical voting point for the Participatory Budgets of Coslada 2026 will be set up.
